La Corte encontró que no se pretermitió ninguna oportunidad procesal para que las partes e intervinientes ejercieran el derecho de contradicción, de manera que se afectó la garantía del derecho al debido proceso y, en consecuencia, no existió causal de nulidad que invalidara lo actuado.
Con base en la anterior, se RECHAZÓ la nulidad formulada.
